Re: Bells PalsyHi Joe. On Feb. 28 I was told I had Bellls Palsy. Similiar to your situation my case was mild. I was given a steroid and an anti viral medicine which I took for the first week. I looked on the internet and many peopkle suggested vitamin B. So i took those and I have been going to see an acupuncturist. It has been a little over 3 weeks now and I am almost back to normal. I am not sure which of those things did the most good but they say staying relaxed helps. I have gone to the acupuncturist once a week and will continue to go until everything is totally back to normal. Not sure if any of this helps but I know its nice to hear what everyone else is going through. Good Luck and stay positive. Sue
