well where do i start. i am a single mother with 5kids. i have been having back pain since my last child in 2004. it started off slow

I only wonder what tests you have had. I hate it when Drs. want to load your body with meds and dont get to the root of the problem. I have been through similar incidents where Drs. want to give you meds but thank God my doctor did a MRI and now I found the root of my problem. I had pain down leg and in low back. I couldnt even bend down without keeping the one leg straight in front of me. Stepping down steps hurts really bad. Now I have been told I have several herniated discs with alot of extruded disc material laying on the nerve. Therefore that is where the pain is coming from. I have surgery next week. I would suggest you getting an MRI if you havent had one. Good Luck
