I fell off a horse and down a flight of stairs in august one or the other broke the lower part of my back. I have been living with pain ever since. My family doctor was keeping me in pain pills for the pain up until two weeks ago when she decided to send me to theropy eurthat appointment thay said i needed to start taking theropy and take tylonal for the pain. Theropy makes me hurt more and tylonal does not touch the pain. The pain goes down in my legs and makes them get weak and i have trouble...Read the full article

You seriously need to get to a pain management specialist. Why your family dr. did not give you a referral and send you, I have no clue. Therapy could be doing more damage then good. I was sent by my family dr. to therapy & pain management. Thank god, I only went to therapy for an evaluation then the next day to the specialist. He immediately stopped the therapy as it would have made my problems worse then what they already were. Pain management dr. will start you out with MRI's so they can see what your problems are and then start you on a treatment plan to help alleviate your pain. Good Luck to you!!
