Severe ankle damage
When I was 17 I was a very active sportsman mainly focused around football. During a kickaround with friends I was tackled badly and turned my ankle. I went to hospital where they did an x-ray and didn’t find any breaks so they gave me a tubigrip and sent me on my way. I was unable to put my foot on the ground for nearly 8 weeks and my leg went black with bruising from my toes to my knee.
