I would just like to tell people that injure there ankle to get to a hospital as quickly as possible.I slipped on a wet mat and the pain was evil.The ankle swelled up and I thought that I had sprained it. After a week of trying to treat it myself with anti inflamitory creams and pain killers there was no improvement.The bruising was now from the end of my toes to half way up my shin.Ankle continued to swell.I finally gave up and went to hospital.The ankle was fractured and I
