My anxiety gets worse when I try to cut back on meds. I smoke something and drink every night. I can’t keep attention on what I’m doing. I feel so worthless. I’m a mean drunk, and once socked my pregnant girlfriend in her abdomen. The police have arrested me, and I have taken classes to control my temper. I want help for my anxiety cause it all comes from that.
